Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the first step if I’m interested in working with you?
Everything begins with a Discovery Call — a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other and explore your project goals, taste, and vision for the space. I’ll explain how the process works, what to expect at each stage, and help you choose the service that best fits your needs. It’s an opportunity to see if we’re the right match before committing to anything.
2. How does the design process work from start to finish?
After the Discovery Call, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and fees.
Once we begin, the journey moves through clear stages:
Discovery & Inspiration – gathering details, photos, and preferences
Concept Development – creating a cohesive mood and direction
Design Refinement – finalizing layouts, colors, and furnishings
Delivery or Installation – depending on the service level, I either guide you through implementation or handle it fully
Each project ends with a beautiful reveal — a home that feels personal, balanced, and ready to be lived in.
3. How would you describe your design style?
My work is not about following a particular trend — it’s about creating an atmosphere that reflects the people who live there. I often play with contrast: calm and expressive, warm and modern, minimal yet inviting.
Each project begins with a story — sometimes a memory, a favorite object, or a feeling — and the design grows from there. The result is a space that feels coherent, artful, and genuinely personal.
4. Do you work only in Mallorca or also with international clients?
Fabula Interiors is based in Mallorca, and I collaborate with both local homeowners and international clients who are creating a home here.
For remote clients, my E-Design service allows us to work together seamlessly online — you’ll receive moodboards, floor plans, and a complete shopping list to bring your design to life wherever you are.
5. What if I’m not sure about my style or what I want?
That’s completely fine — most clients start that way. My job is to translate your preferences into a clear aesthetic direction.
Through guided questions, images, and visual tools, I help you recognize what resonates with you. You don’t need to know your style — you just need to know how you want your home to feel. Together, we’ll uncover the rest.
6. How long does a project usually take?
Timelines depend on the scale of the project.
E-Design packages typically take 3–6 weeks from the first call to delivery.
Full interior design projects can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months, but it could be longer depending on construction and furniture lead times.
During our proposal stage, you’ll receive a personalized schedule so you always know what to expect.
